The "Young Lady" is a 1/8 working scale model of the SP&S 700 owned and operated by Garry Johnson.
You may see this engine operating at the "Great Oregon Steam-Up" on the last weekend in July and the first weekend in August at the Western Antique Powerland near Brooks, Oregon.
Once inside WAPI, the Willow Creek Railroad is right at the southwest corner of the grounds.
